Steps

  1. Take out the slow cooker and plug it in;
  2. Open all the jars and cans and pour the mix into the slow cooker;
  3. Mince all the veggies and throw in the slow cooker as well;
  4. Add the plantbased meat;
  5. Set the slow cooker to cook for approximately 6 hours;
  6. Enjoy with fresh coriander and sour cream (!)
